*Tyra Banks is unloading 2 Pacific Palisades properties for $4.25 million and $9.25 million, Variety.com reports.
According to the report, the “America’s Got Talent” host purchased the larger home two years ago from former Xerox executive Bernard Kinsey for $7.35 million.
Variety notes that she still owns a five-bedroom and 5.5-bathroom triple-story contemporary just outside Pacific Palisades which she bought earlier this year for $6.995 million.

Her current residence is a 7,000 sq. ft. Duplex apartment in New York City’s Battery Park City neighborhood, where she lives with her 2-year-old son York Banks Asla She tried unsuccessfully to sell the sprawling apartment for $17.5 million.
