*The website of Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte describes her as “Atlanta’s most experienced cosmetic surgeon,” but the Gwinette-based dermatologist and plastic surgeon is currently under investigation after settling 5 medical malpractice lawsuits in the past six months.

According to reports, Boutte still has four pending lawsuits against her, and more than 20 disgraceful videos previously posted on YouTube show her dancing, rapping (T.I.’s “Whatever You Like”) and making music videos with her staff during surgeries.

Some of the clips feature her singing around exposed, unconscious patients. She even makes incisions on one patient while playing to the camera.

“Somebody needs to hold her accountable.” One woman says she went to Dr. Boutte for a procedure then woke up in a hotel the next morning – with a McDonald’s sandwich in her hand.

In another case, 26-year-old Ojay Liburd filed a lawsuit on behalf of his mother, Icilma Cornelius, who suffered a permanent brain injury when her heart stopped, cutting off oxygen to her brain during the 8-hour long operation.

The operation took place weeks before her wedding, and she was credits away from earning her Ph.D. Now Cornelius reportedly requires full-time care for the rest of her life.

“She just wanted to be perfect for her wedding dress,” Liburd told Channel 2 consumer investigator Jim Strickland. “She had everything going for her.”

The Georgia Composite Medical Board has launched an investigation into the doctor’s unsafe practices.

“I think there is a small U-Haul’s worth of information that has been provided to the Composite Medical Board,” said malpractice attorney Susan Witt who represents two of Dr. Boutte’s former patients.

So far, no disciplinary action has been taken against the doctor.
