*The man who was arrested inside Rihanna’s Los Angeles home last week after an overnight stay has been charged with felony stalking, burglary and vandalism.

Police say 26-year-old Eduardo Leon of Fullerton, Calif. climbed over a fence and broke into the singer’s home on May 9 and spent a day there, reportedly waiting for RiRi to return so he could have sex with her. Cops were called to the house the following morning after her assistant discovered the alarm system had been disabled.

Officers found Leon charging his cell phone and unpacking his bag. When the 26 year old refused to step outside as ordered, he was tased and booked for residential burglary, trespassing, and stalking.

Los Angeles County prosecutors say Leon was charged Monday with felony counts of stalking, burglary and vandalism, and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

He appeared in court Monday and pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

Leon allegedly broke into another property a week before, believing that home was Rihanna’s.

While all of this was going down, Rihanna was in New York blessing the Met Gala in her Pope gown.
