*No more bouncin’ around, bouncin’ around, bouncin’ for Pharrell Williams.
The rapper/producer just put down roots in Beverly Hills with the purchase of a mansion previously owned by entertainment mogul Tyler Perry. According to records, Pharrell paid $15.6 million for the Mulholland Drive estate on May 11.
Perry will make about a million dollars on the sale after purchasing the home in 2017 for $14.5 million. He originally had it listed for just under $17 million, but lowered the price after it failed to sell.
The 17,000 sq ft property comes with with 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling glass-lined walls with exposed steel beams. It also features a Koi pond and stream that flows throughout the entire estate, a resort-style pool with rock sculpture, slide and grotto. There’s also a lighted tennis court and outdoor dining terrace.
