*Gloria Govan is suing her ex-husband, Matt Barnes, for defamation, saying she never stole money from him, as he alleges.
Last month, Barnes put his petty to the side and congratulated his ex-wife and Derek Fisher on their engagement. The NBA baller previously drove over 90 miles to beat the brakes off Fisher for his new relationship with Gloria.
Matt and Gloria are now back at being messy, as she is suing him for defaming her by publicly claiming she defrauded him during their marriage by stealing money.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Govan says while she was married to Barnes, the two lived together, held joint bank accounts, had property in both their names and raised two sons together.

She says since their divorce and ensuing bitter custody battle, Barnes has repeatedly made demeaning and false statements about her in the media and online.
She cites the time he hit up social media to accuse her of embezzling money from their joint bank accounts in order to buy her family homes, he also accused her of making fraudulent transactions and of forging his name on lease documents. Additionally, Barnes claims she barred him from seeing or having access to his kids and that she misused his child support payments.
Govan said his statements continue to harm her reputation, causing her damages arising from mental pain and suffering, along with the loss of lucrative job opportunities.
She is suing for unspecified damages for the embarrassment, humiliation, and harm to her reputation.
Barnes filed docs demanding the suit be thrown out, arguing that because Govan is a public figure, she consented to and invited the public into any discussion about their personal issues. He also claims everything he said was his opinion and not defamatory.
