*Prince was once offered $400,000 to rock a private party for Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, according to documents newly unearthed by the Carver County Sheriff’s Office.

The late singer kept piles of paperwork throughout his Paisley Park estate, which were photographed and cataloged by police investigating the icon’s April 2016 death. Among the treasure trove is a 2015 memo that said the Smiths were planning a private party for 100 guests in Los Angeles on Sept. 17. (Jada’s birthday is Sept. 18.) It’s unclear if that appearance ever happened.

The documents further show that Prince was regularly paid large amounts for private events, including an offer of $1,250,000 to play a 2,000-person private event for an investment group in Hong Kong just five days after the Smith event, according to The Blast.

There was also reference to an appearance at the White House. The rock star was given possible dates which coincide with the infamous “secret” party thrown by the Obamas. As previously reported, Prince and Stevie Wonder performed for the Obamas and 500 guests on June 13, 2015.

Prince’s documents also detail the huge sums of money he commanded for touring. An email printout from his 2011 trek shows that the Grammy winner could bring in millions for just one show. The Hop Farm Festival in Kent, England paid him $2,000,000 to play a 24-song set that included three encores for a crowd of 30,000 people. (See video at right.)

This week, the Carver County Attorney announced there was “no conspiracy to murder Prince” and no criminal charges would be filed in his death. According to the county attorney, Prince died from accidentally ingesting fentanyl contained in counterfeit Vicodin.

In other Prince news, unreleased lyrics and poetry from the musician’s archives will be released in a new book from Paisley Park Enterprises, the merchandising arm of Prince’s estate.

According to TMZ, the book could also include never-before-seen photos and journals from Prince’s estate.

Last month, ICM Partners announced that an official Prince memoir was slated for release later this year.
