*71-year-old Judy James Tucker has been charged with battery after she and her son’s violent confrontation with two black female service members over a parking spot outside a restaurant.

According to 34-year-old Stephanie Mitchell, it all started when Tucker’s adult son, Robbie, used obscene, sexist language as he told her and 27-year-old Treasure Sharpe to “learn how to park” on Saturday in the city of Macon, Georgia.

Then, the Tuckers followed the uniformed women inside the Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, where Robbie Tucker called them “black lesbian b——.”

Others inside the restaurant began recording. Video shows Judy Tucker striking Sharpe in the face while trying to stop her from recording her.  At one point, Sharpe says “I’m pregnant,” and Robbie Tucker says “Oh really, by her?”

A Bibb County Sheriff’s report says Judy, who is an ex-Mercer University art teacher, told deputies it all started because she’s white and it was a race issue. If the officers had not seen the video they might have arrested the black women.

The report says deputies reviewed cellphone video and determined that Judy Tucker was the primary aggressor, and there’s no evidence suggesting the other women did anything wrong.

“With all the lunging and slapping happening, it was never shown through cell phone video that Mrs. Mitchell or Mrs. Sharpe did anything wrong,” the incident report said, CBS Macon affiliate WMAZ-TV reports.

Luckily, the racist granny was taken to jail but posted a bond of $650 and was released.

According to her Facebook page, Judy owns Tucker’s Judy Complete Art in Macon, Georgia. The company’s Facebook page is still up and quickly filling with negative comments.

Video of the incident can be seen below.

WMAZ reports that Cheddar’s issued a statement saying: ‘We were appalled by the behavior of the individuals who confronted the two female service members.”

“Such behavior flies in the face of our values and those individuals are no longer welcome in our restaurant.”

According to The Associated Press, Judy’s son and her daughter, (who also instigated the incident) have not been charged in connection with the incident.

Mercer University issued a statement of its own about Tucker, who was “never continuously employed at Mercer” and last taught at the university as an adjunct instructor in 2017.

“Judy Tucker is not currently employed at Mercer University,” the school said. “She has occasionally taught an art class in the past, but will not be teaching at Mercer in the future.”

The investigation is ongoing, according to the Bibb sheriff’s office.
