*Kevin Hart’s first wife, Torrei Hart, contemplated taking her life when the comedian went public with his now second wife, Eniko Parrish.

While Torrei has opened up about her past with Kevin and accused him of cheating her on her with Parrish when they were still married, she is taking us deeper down the rabbit hole of despair.

“There were days I didn’t want to get out of bed,” said Torrei about her feelings on Hart’s romance with Parrish in its early days.

During her interview with The Hip Hop Socialite, she also shared: “There were days when I didn’t want to go on and I was like well what do I need to live for? And of course in those moments, I would get calls from my mother, I would get calls from my sister.”

Torrei managed to fight through the pain with the help of her family who reminded her that despite Kevin moving on, she still has two children to think about.

She said prayer, fasting and developing a relationship with God is what helped her get through the difficult days. Now, Torrei is in a completely different headspace.

“Not saying that every day is perfect, but I do know when I feel like there’s negative entities trying to come on me, I know how to use the tools that I have to fight them and stay in my happy place,” she added.

Today, Torrei and Kevin are able to co-parent peacefully along with Parrish, who just welcomed her and Kevin’s first child together.

Torrei and Kevin were most recently spotted celebrating the 13th birthday of their daughter Heaven Hart.

  1. I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the difficulty is one thing that not enough persons are talking intelligently about. I’m very glad that I stumbled throughout this in my search for one thing referring to this.
