*Rick Ross is not interested in having a war of words with his baby mama Tia Kemp, which is why he wants a court to order her to delete all social media posts about him and have her accounts suspended after she trashed-talked him online.
According to The Blast, “Kemp originally sued Ross for paternity back in 2007 over their son William Roberts III (named after his father). They reached a confidential settlement over custody and support in 2010. Recently, she went back to court demanding her child support be increased due to Ross’ recent financial success.”
Last month, Ross filed a motion to stop Kemp from addressing child-related issues on her social media and in the press. The rapper accused her of being “upset that [Ross] will not cede to her financial demands so that she can live off of child support rather than obtain employment” and is now “trying her case” to the media through “a series of vulgar tirades.”

Ross claims Kemp’s series of Instagram posts that either insult or threaten him have been picked up by the national media. He says she has also encouraged the public to hit up his social media accounts and leave harassing comments.
He points to an explicit Instagram where she trashed him, made false claims about their child and timesharing, and made some of her rants with their son in the front seat, calling it “parental alienation in its most deplorable form.”
According to Ross, one of Kemp’s offending posts reads, “Couldn’t get you to call your son last month and wish him a happy birthday … How about you go call lil wills Orthodonist and Pay Dem People! His basketball tuition ain’t paid yet either, but you got Birdman (eggplant emoji) n ya mouth!”
“Clearly, she is not concerned with those repercussions,” Ross says in the court documents, “and her attempt to be ‘famous’ by leveraging brief relations she had with [Ross] must be put in check.”
The rapper wants Kemp to stop posting about the legal battle or their child. “He also wants a court order making her delete all posts about him and have her social media accounts suspended until a further court order,” according to the report.
“In addition, Ross is asking the court to appoint a third-party – at Kemp’s expense – to review and approve all social media posts and media reports she wishes to provide, in advance of their being made public.”
