*Buffalo Bills receiver Zay Jones will not face vandalism charges following the incident where he argued with his brother and allegedly smashed out a 30th floor window…all while buck naked. (Watch above.)
Despite video of the incident that made its way to TMZ, the L.A. County D.A. said there was not enough evidence to charge Jones.
He was booked Monday night for felony vandalism and released early Wednesday morning. Video of the incident showed him totally naked in the downtown L.A. apartment building telling his brother, Cayleb Jones, he was going to “fight for Jesus.”
Witnesses said Zay ran away from his brother and kicked in a window. Blood was left on the glass and all over the walls and hallways of the building.
The NFL continues to investigate the incident, which leaves the door open for some punishment. But criminally, he’s in the clear.
