*Wendy Williams remains the focus of speculation over her health following the three-week hiatus from hosting “The Wendy Williams Show” due to complications she claims were related to Graves disease.

Her most recent health scare followed Williams fainting on-air in October. But “Breakfast Club” co-host Charlamange Tha God is among those giving her the side-eye.

Williams recently returned to her show and tearfully thanked “The Wendy Williams Show” staff on-air for their support.

“Well, that’s good, Wendy,” Charlamagne said on-air Tuesday. “Don’t let your staff or yourself down. Glad you got a handle on your health and please let the record show everybody is watching you closely now. So if you slip up again, people are gon know it’s not your health. OK?”

“What, you don’t think she has Graves disease?” co-host Angela Yee asks.

“Just saying people are watching her closely now,” Charlamagne, who got his start on “The Wendy Williams Experience” radio show, responds. “So if she slips up again, people will know it’s not her health.”

After Yee added that Williams has nine doctors monitoring her and that the 5’10 host does not have Alzheimer’s, Charlamagne adds, “I’m just saying hypothetically, it could be drugs.”

Yet at least one fan wasn’t having his judgment, and Charlamange quickly hit back.

And in case you missed it, Williams has been open about her issues with drugs in the past.

“I was a functioning addict,” she told InTouch Weekly of the 10-year cocaine addiction she had in her 20s. “I’d work from 3 in the afternoon until 7 at night, get off and party until 7 in the morning — then sleep until 2, go to the radio station and do it all over again. People around me knew, but nobody ever said anything to me. Nobody had the guts, which is shocking to me.”

Chararlamange isn’t the only one who has speculated about Williams’ drug use. Some Hollywood insiders whisper that she spent some much needed time in rehab during her 3-week hiatus. Others claim that the cup she’s always sipping from while hosting her show is often filled with booze.
