Defense attorney Tom Mesereau said Tuesday during a hearing he wants the soon-to-be-seated jurors to see “just how greedy” Andrea Constand is, reports Page Six.

Constand accuses Cosby, 80, of drugging and then molesting her inside his suburban Philadelphia home in early 2004. After the then-DA dropped a criminal investigation into the alleged incident, Constand, a former Temple University basketball administrator, filed a suit against Cosby in March 2005.

The suit was settled for an undisclosed amount.

Cosby’s lawyers also argued that Montgomery County (Pa.) Court Judge Steven O’Neill shouldn’t allow prosecutors to call 19 women to the stand with their “ancient accusations” as the case, which ended in a hung jury last June, is retried.

Prosecutors are hoping to show that Cosby has a history of drugging and sexually assaulting women.

O’Neill has yet to rule on either motion.

Jury selection is set for March 29.
