*OK, here it is straight, no chaser. Stevie J is going to jail! Why, you ask? Because he refuses to pay the $1.3 million he owes in child support. When you do that, you pretty much stamp your own ticket to lockdown.

According to a report, Stevie J, will have to turn himself in to authorities April 10. The “Love & Hip Hop ATL” star owes more than $1.3 MILLION in back child support. These cases are usually handled in state court, but the amount owed, the length of time he was in arrears, and the fact that the people involved are in different states all make it a federal case, according to TMZ.

We don’t know how long his sentence is, but for good measure, the judge in the case also dinged Stevie for ID’ing his probation officer’s name on social media.

As was reported, Stevie J pled guilty for failure to pay child support back in February 2017. He accepted full responsibility and had been ordered to fork over $1,304,835.86. He was also placed on probation for 3 years … unless he paid off his tab sooner than that.

Who knows, maybe doing hard time is what he wanted … which would be interesting and ironic ’cause that’s exactly what federal prosecutors wanted. So we guess everybody’s happy. Yes? No?

Stevie J's list of demands

Steve J news flashback! Here’s how crazy things were for the record producer back in October, 2017 …

Earlier we reported that the guardian appointed to protect 10-month-old Bonnie Bella  made the allegations as part of the couple’s messy custody battle, claiming she has repeatedly asked Joseline and Stevie to tell her the whereabouts of the child, but has been stonewalled, reports TMZ.

The guardian says she demanded that the parents produce Bonnie Bella at a specific location, but none of them showed up. On the same day, according to the guardian, Joseline was supposed to appear in traffic court but blew that off as well. The guardian says she’s worried about the child.

Additionally, the guardian says Bonnie Bella may be with Joseline in Miami, which would be a violation of the court order not to take the child outside Fulton County.

The judge just ordered Joseline and Stevie to reveal the location of their child.
