EUR Covers Susanne DeLaurentis’ Oscars Viewing Party: Honoring Our Veterans Hollywood Style (WATCH)

*Hollywood Producer Suzanne DeLaurentis held her annual Oscar Viewing Gala on March 4, 2018 to honor our Veterans at the Intercontinental Hotel in Century City.

The gala included an award presentation for both men and women in the United States Military. The honorees being awarded were as follows: Paul Supp, SGM Phillip Vince Jacques, Major Lynette Jones, and Clyde “George” Lines.

A few honorees spoke with EURweb associate Jimmy V and shared how special this moment of being honored made them even more proud to be a representative of the United States of America.

The red carpet event not only had Veterans, but many entertainers within the industry that were excited for what was to come following the carpet: The Oscars.

As the guests arrived looking suited and dazzled in their attire, each guest was asked “What film are you rooting for tonight?” There was a common vote for Jordan Peele’s “Get Out” to receive the Best Original Screen Play Award.

With the follow up question “Why the film ‘Get Out?’,” many actors and actresses shared how important it was to share the narrative that “Get Out” has been able to give its audience.

Within hours the guests found out Jordan Peele became the first African American Director to win Best Original Screen Play for “Get Out.” Big Congratulations to Jordan Peele!

The Gala is a great event to raise awareness for Veterans and Suzanne DeLaurentiis deserves all the praise for supporting our troops by using her platform for awareness.
