*After being hospitalized for three days, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s son, Saint, returned back to his kingdom to catch up on everything that he might have missed in the duration of those three days.
During the time that he was in the hospital, things didn’t seem to be so chill or calm in the Kardashian Empire, as mother and father tried to keep their son’s hospitalization on the low and away from the huddle and muddle of paparazzi.
As reported by TMZ, Saint was admitted to a Los Angeles area hospital due to the fact that the two year old had developed a horrid case of pneumonia. At the supple age of 2, the metabolism and immune system are relatively weak and cannot be relied upon to fight diseases, so it made complete sense that Kim and Kanye West were clearly losing their minds over the situation.
The two did not leave their son’s side even for a second during his time being hospitalized, to the point that they were even sharing overnight duties in the hospital – as reported by the outlet. Fortunately, to Kim’s and Kanye’s relief, Saint made a speedy recovery and was back home in the short span of three days – just in time to welcome the New Year’s Eve with the rest of his empire.
Later that week, Kim Kardashian took to social media to post an emotional account of her whole experience as a mother and as a concerned parent who spent nights in the hospital, praying for her son’s recovery. She wrote, “My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital and seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thanks [sic] every nurse [and] doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint.”
The post was then shared, both to Instagram and Twitter to give fans of the Kardashian clan a look into the lives of their idols and to know what really happened to Saint, and that he’s recovered speedily. As aforementioned, pneumonia is certainly a tricky ordeal – even more so if the patient happens to be under the age of 4. Fortunately, young Saint fought the disease very well!
