*LaLah Hathaway has had it with people who use their phones during her performance and she’s striking out. More on that shortly,

But FIRST …

Even though they are living apart, Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert are working together to find somebody with deep pockets to rent their mansion in Calabasas, CA.

Tamar filed for divorce last October, citing “irreconcilable differences” and they are now living in separate homes. The pair put their Calabasas mansion on the market, but pulled it off in hopes of renting it out. Check this out. They’re renting it out for $150k a month, reports theJasmineBrand.

The home was originally listed for sale in October for $15 million, but they were not able to find a buyer. It features a grand 2 story entry, recording studio, 2 family rooms, large oversized open chefs kitchen, 15 car garage, oversized 2 acre lot with custom pool & a professional gym.

Lalah Hathaway

*We’ve known singer Lalah Hathaway for years and when we think about her, the forst thing that comes to mine, other than her incredible voice and singing skills, is her kinda laid back and cool, sultry personality.

Well, imagine our surprise when we heard that she posted a lengthy social media message, going in on concert goers who use their cell phones to record her performance. Here’s the gist of her message:

“You are not at the zoo. You are not the paparazzi. Put your phone down at my show.”

Check out the complete message below.

I cannot communicate how frustrated I was tonight in Dallas at the HOB. Most of the audience was indeed respectful, enjoying the music and the moments, and super engaged; I appreciate that more than you’ll ever know… My people. You are not at the zoo. You are not the paparazzi. Put your phone down at my show. Please don’t record me, or take pictures of my show. Do not stream my show or instaLive my work. It is SUPER distracting, and rude to the people around you. Your flash is annoying and draws me out of my space- which I am working to create- for YOU. If you paid for a ticket, it makes no sense to me at all why you would watch the show thru a cell phone…but that is your business. Going forward, I have a zero tolerance policy toward phones. If you need to check on your children, or look at the weather, or check your Instagram feed, or play candy crush- please step out of the venue and into the hallway or lobby. What I give to you is from my heart- and is MY intellectual property. If you do NOT get it- please stay home. Your energy is not welcomed, and you will be asked to leave- and escorted out of the venue- WITH your cellphone. I am truly over it at this point.
