*As EUR previously reported, Rasual Butler was not married to “American Idol” finalist Leah LaBelle when they died together in a tragic car crash last month, and this has been confirmed via legal documents filed by the late NBA star’s daughter.

The Blast obtained the filing by Raven S. Butler-Morris, who is seeking a court order to become the administrator of her father’s estate. She also makes it clear in the documents that Butler was “never married and never had any other children.”

This revelation also seems to explain why the remains of the two were split up after cremation.

Butler says her father died without a will but believes his estate to be worth $250,000.

A judge has not yet ruled on her request.

Back in December, he announced that he and fellow Migos member, Takeoff (who also happens to be his uncle), had purchased his mom a home.

According to newly filed court documents, Quavo spent $560,000 for a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home located in a gated community in Roswell, Georgia.

“The house features a two-story foyer staircase, double-sided fireplace, chef’s kitchen, breakfast bar, custom terrace level with complete in-law suite and custom bookshelves,” per The Blast, see below.
