ATL Police, Family and Friends Frantically Looking for Missing Morehouse Grad (Please Help!)

Timothy Cunninghan, missing Morehouse Grad, Morehouse College, GoFundMe, apple news

*Timothy “Tim” Cunningham left work at the Center for Disease Control (CDC) early on February 12 because he was sick.

Thing is, no one has seen or heard from him since.

Family, friends and now the Atlanta Police Department have been searching far and wide, but have come up empty-handed. Now his friends have started a GoFundMe page; where they have raised $20,000 as a reward for any information leading to his safe return.

Cunningham, 35, casually known as Tim, attended Morehouse College with social justice journalist Shaun King. He then went on to continue his education at Harvard, earning two graduate degrees, including a doctorate.

His parents drove all night long from their Maryland home to Atlanta to search for their son.

“It’s not the type of news you want to hear,”  his father, Terrell Cunningham, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Thursday. “Your child is missing. Thirty-five years old, but always your child.”

He added, “This is not normal. This is definitely out of the ordinary.”

College mate King also made a plea on social media seeking help in finding his friend.
