*Kodak Black’s legal battle has lightened a bit after three charges stemming from his arrest during a home raid last month have been dismissed.

Black’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, confirmed the dismissal of the charges to TMZ.

Black still remains in custody on possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect.

Last month, Black was arrested after authorities came across his Instagram Live video that showed his entourage armed with guns and in possession of marijuana. The “Roll in Peace” rapper also caught flak for having his young son walk into the room during the time of the incident.

According to The Blast, Black’s attorneys sought to drop the charges against their client because authorities couldn’t prove whether his guns and marijuana in the video were in fact real. Their argument was that rappers regularly use fake weapons in their music videos.

Kodak is currently in jail without bail for violating his probation and reportedly still faces four charges, including marijuana possession and possession of ammunition.
