If you’re down, then Andrea X‘s “Women of Color Healing Retreat” in Puerto Viejo might just be for you.
Mail Online (via Love B. Scott) reports that guests at the retreat — created specifically for Black women — enjoy yoga, meditation and vegan food in an environment free from what Andrea calls micro-aggressions and passive-aggressiveness that exists in the United States.
When Andrea X decided to dedicate one day to completely “eliminate” white people from her personal life, she says life became “much more breezy” without them.

She even feels that because white people are so destructive, they shouldn’t be allowed to have passports.

“They are here,” she said, “They are everywhere. I feel white people shouldn’t even have passports.”
The retreat allows women to spend 10 days in with Andrea, swapping stories about how frustrating life is in America. With Donald Trump as president, attendees say their frustrations are only getting worse.
Andrea X aims to develop a Black living community in Costa Rica — exclusive to people of color.
“It will be a community of just black people living here,” she says.
