*The BET Social Awards aired on Sunday night and celebrated all your favorite social media stars, the best tea-serving sites and all those viral memes shared the past year.
The inaugural show was hosted by “African king of comedy” Michael Blackson, executive produced by Mike Epps and aired live from Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta.

“The night opened with a high-energy medley of the top dances of 2017 starring social media sensations Blame it on Kway and Lala Sizahands followed by Michael Blackson who took the stage with an African-inspired dance number. From President Trump to Tyrese to Kevin Hart, nobody was off limits. The night honored the celebrated hashtag #BlackGirlMagic with a spoken word tribute by comedian and actress Amanda Seales and “THE BET SOCIAL AWARDS” honored the founders of the Women’s March, organizers Tamika D. Mallory, Bob Bland, Carmen Perez and Linda Sarsour. Actor and comedian DC Young Fly was given the Social Verified Award by Executive Producer Mike Epps. Performing live, femcee Kash Doll ignited the crowd with her hit ‘For Everybody’, while YFN Lucci closed out the show with a medley including his mega-hit ‘Everyday We Lit’.”
Below is the complete list of winners but Snoop Dogg took to Instagram on Sunday night to vent about not even receiving a nomination
“How the f**k y’all gonna have a BET Social Awards, n***a, and I’m not invited and not in no categories? What the f**k is going on, n***a? I’m the king of social media, n***a! When it comes to this Instagram s**t, everybody love my page,” he said.
Many who responded in the comments agreed with Snoop’s gripe.
“I keep ya laughing, I keep ya thinking, I keep good music. Why the f**k I ain’t on the BET Social Awards?” asked Snoop. “What’s happening? Do I need to turn into that n***a again?” Go Kanye on y’all? Go snatch me an award from a motherf**ker? BET get it together.”
