Michael B. Jordan, Common, Jamie Foxx, Nick Cannon, More Set for 2018 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

*ESPN has announced the lineup and coaches for the celebrity basketball game during this year’s 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend.

“The Jump” host Rachel Nichols will coach Team Lakers, with an assist from NBA vet Tracy McGrady and “Black Panther” star Michael B. Jordan.

ESPN commentator Katie Nolan will coach Team Clippers, assisted by NBA legend Paul Pierce and rapper-actor Common.

Players who will take the court for Team Clippers include Common, Jamie Foxx, Dascha Polanco (Orange Is the New Black), NBA veteran Jason Williams, and Anthony Anderson and Miles Brown from ABC’s black-ish and more will play for Nolan’s Team Clippers.

Nichols’ lineup for Team Lakers includes Nick Cannon, Jerry Ferrara (Power), Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Tracy McGrady and NBA legend Nate Robinson, to name a few.

For the first time ever, the All-Star Celebrity Game will unveil its new 4-point line called “The Ridge” in partnership with Ruffles potato chips, the official sponsor for the event. Players will have the opportunity to shoot from the 4-point line during the 4-for-4 challenge, in which Ruffles will donate $4,000 for each shot made during the second half of the game to benefit the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Basketball Game will take place Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
