*Cardi B may not have taken home a Grammy Sunday night, but she won what appears to be something just as historic to her.

The “Bartier Cardi” rapper took to Instagram with unbridled enthusiasm as she showed off a handwritten letter she received from U2 frontman Bono during the ceremony.

“Oh my God I got a f—king note from Bono,” she said in a video during Sunday’s award show. “This is f—king Bono. He f—king knows me. I can’t believe it I can’t motherf—in’ believe it.”

The rapper, nominated for best rap performance and best rap song for her debut hit “Bodak Yellow,” took the stage with Bruno Mars – in full Cross Colours throwback gear – to perform their hit duet, “Finesse.”

Cardi acknowledged that moment on Instagram as well, praising Mars for his talent and thanking him for “giving her rhythm.”
