*Ayesha Curry’s new upscale dining experience, “International Smoke,” is officially open but you’ll have to wait until next month to snag a table.

San Francisco Chronicle Food & Wine editor Paolo Lucchesi tweeted that the restaurant was reserved through early February. That’s reportedly the earliest you can cop a seat at the eatery — but the bar area is always available for walk-ins.

Curry, who partnered with chef Michael Mina for her latest endeavor, described the undertaking as “a dream come true.”

“I love every second of this,” Curry told the San Francisco Chronicle. “I love it all. And we have a team that with me, is so patient and they’re all so hardworking.”

Early reports suggest that both the atmosphere and food are goodThe barbeque-infused menu includes a variety of smoked pork rib and shoulder dishes and the atmosphere is built around what Curry calls “vibes.”

Business Insider notes that some of the signature dishes include:

A trio of smoked pork ribs offered three distinct flavors: American barbecue, Cuban “mojo,” and Japanese miso.

Argentine rib-eye steak, drizzled with chimichurri sauce and served with squash. The beef was tender and brightly flavored with cilantro and parsley.

The Vietnamese barbecue pork chop, with its seductive grill marks, landed in front of me. Delicious juice escaped in every bite.

Guests who save room for dessert should try the mango shave ice, which was especially fun to eat with its combination of mochi, tapioca pearls, and mango slices.

The restaurant has been described as a place “for friends, family and casual date nights.”

Ayesha Curry plans to open two more eateries in Hawaii’s Waikiki and Houston, Texas.
