*Five weeks after dropping WME over sexual harassment allegations, Terry Crews has signed with rival agency UTA for representation in all areas, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” star dismissed his former agency on Nov. 9 after accusing high ranking agent Adam Venit of sexually assaulting him at a party in February 2016. According to the actor, the then-motion picture head grabbed him by the genitals.

Crews is now suing both Venit and WME, claiming that the agency failed to adequately address the assault.

Crews, who was among the “Silence Breakers” named Time’s 2017 Person of the Year, continues to be represented by 3 Arts and Morris Yorn.

In addition to Fox’s Golden Globe-winning cop comedy, Crews also was a series regular on UPN/The CW’s Everybody Hates Chris and TBS’ Are We There Yet?. He successfully transitioned from the NFL to Hollywood with his unforgettable breakout role in 2004’s White Chicks, then further cemented his popularity as an Old Spice pitchman for the past eight years (his latest brand partnership is with Microsoft Xbox One and its upcoming game Crackdown 3). He’ll next be seen opposite Lakeith Stanfield and Tessa Thompson in the indie fantasy Sorry to Bother You, which will premiere at Sundance in January. Crews has recently flexed his hosting skills as well, with Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?, Fox’s World’s Funniest and Netflix’s Ultimate Beastmaster.

After studying drawing and architecture at Western Michigan University (where he led the Broncos to the 1998 Mid-Atlantic Conference Championship), he later collaborated with Bernhardt Design for an award-winning furniture capsule collection. An ambassador for the anti-human trafficking nonprofit The Polaris Project, he penned his memoir Manhood in 2014 and received the UN Global Generation Award a year later.
