*In one corner of the ring, we have Jennifer Hudson’s ex, David Otunga, who claims JHud is violating a gag order by repeatedly throwing public jabs his way.
In the opposite corner, Ms. Hudson claims Otunga is a liar who is ruining her career. The “Voice” coach has asked a judge for an emergency protection order to stop her ex-fiancé’s “continued efforts to place [her] in a bad light and tarnish her reputation,” according to court papers obtained by Page Six via The Blast.
Meanwhile, David has also filed docs calling out Jennifer for dissing him every chance she gets. He points out a Dec. 4 episode of “The Voice” where Jennifer is talking to contestant Davon Fleming and she makes a crack about her relationships never lasting.

In Hudson’s doc, she alleges that David “or a third party on his behalf” leaked “false” information to the press that he was awarded full custody of their 8-year-old son, David Otunga Jr. She also asked that the court find him in contempt for allegedly violating a confidentiality agreement.
“[Otunga]’s and his agents’ ongoing effort to place [her] in a false light and creative negative news is harmful to the parties’ child and to [her] career,” Hudson argued.
She added, “Without [her] career, the family would suffer irreparable injury financially as she is primary supporting the family due to [Otunga]’s voluntary underemployment.”
As previously reported, Hudson and Otunga called off their engagement this year after a decade-long relationship. She filed for a restraining order against her ex in November, following their split.
