*Last April, Beyoncé filled a lawsuit against a Texas-based company to stop selling products that have the word “Feyonce” written on them.

The lawsuit said the defendants “have willfully traded upon the goodwill and notoriety of Beyonce, arguably one of the most famous musical artists and entrepreneurs in the world.”

Feyonce Inc. just responded to the trademark lawsuit — claiming that they are merely a t-shirt company which targets engaged couples. According to the company, the “Feyonce” name is simply the phonetic way of pronouncing “fiancé.”

Feyonce stresses, Beyoncé “is not entitled to handouts simply because she is famous,” adding “she wants to bully us and take what is rightfully ours.”

As reported by CNN, “The San Antonio company’s website sells various items, including sweatshirts and tank tops that have “Feyonce” emblazoned on them.”

There’s also a coffee mug that says: “Feyonce, he put a ring on it” for sale for $14.95.

In Feyonce’s response to the lawsuit, they note: “Beyonce products consist of expensive products with sophisticated consumers,” and “this factor weighs against a likelihood of confusion because the customers are highly sophisticated and would exercise heightened care before purchasing the goods of defendants.”

In related news, rapper Q-Tip isn’t holding back his rage about what he calls a huge Grammy snub for A Tribe Called Quest.

Q popped off on the Recording Academy for not nominating Tribe’s 2016 album “We Got It from Here … Thank You 4 Your Service.”

He points out that the group was good enough to perform at last year’s ceremony but now they’re getting stiffed.

Check out his response via the clip above — sounds like he’s partially blaming producer 9th Wonder.
