Jennifer Hudson Drops Order of Protection; David Otunga Wins Primary Custody of Son

*David Otunga is again the primary custodial parent of his son with Jennifer Hudson, a court has decided.

According to TMZ, the estranged couple reached a temporary agreement that gives Otunga custody of 8-year-old David Jr. the majority of the time.

Otunga has said he’s been Junior’s primary caregiver since birth because of Jennifer’s travel schedule. J-Hud is currently in London shooting “The Voice UK” and she’s committed to significant travel to Los Angeles to do “The Voice.”

Apparently they both now acknowledge that he will again become the primary custodial parent, at least until a formal custody agreement is worked out, notes TMZ.

Also, Hudson voluntarily dropped her order of protection, which prohibited David from having contact with their son or her.

David, meanwhile, will not move back into the family home.
