Malia Obama’s Harvard Boyfriend Identified; Related to Queen’s Former Aide

*Malia Obama sent social media into a frenzy this week when video surfaced of her kissing a mysterious young man during the Harvard v Yale American football game.

The internet sleuths went to work with trying to identify the tall, dark-haired teenager. According to the Telegraph, Malia’s Harvard bae is actually her boyfriend, Rory Farquharson — former head boy at one of the UK’s most prestigious schools, Rugby School.

His Twitter reveals that he is a vocal critic of Donald Trump, retweeting a post which suggested 45’s “populism” was unlikely to last more than a year.

The 19-year-old investment banker’s son has described himself as an “over-confident public school boy’ with an eye for the opposite sex.”

recent video shows Malia smoking a cigarette and smiling before putting her arms around Farquharson. He reportedly met the former first daughter at Harvard University.  Malia started at the Ivy League university this Autumn, following in the footsteps of her parents, who both attended Harvard Law. The Obamas live is a six bed detached £1.6m home in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

Last year Barack Obama revealed that Malia and her younger sister Sasha had already started dating, but joked that he was “pretty relaxed” about the prospect because the family still have secret service protection.

“They’ve had Secret Service. There’s only so much these guys can do,” he said. 

In related news, according to Daily Mail, Rory’s royal links have been revealed as it has emerged that his second cousin, Andrew Farquharson, was the Queen’s Assistant Master of the Household at Buckingham Palace. The report describes Andrew as once being “the eyes and ears of the Queen.”
