*Former NFL football player/QB Kordell Stewart is taking legal action against Atlanta blogger Quentin Latham, aka Funky Dineva, for leaking a nude video of him online.

Stewart believes his ex-wife, ‘RHOA’ star Porsha Williams, was behind the 2016 video which was published on Latham’s gossip blog, funkydineva.com.

The former Steeler accuses Latham of creating a fake email account to make it seem as though the video was exchanged between Cordell and another man. The video appeared to show Stewart baring his naked buttocks in the presence of a man.

The lawsuit also accuses Funky Dineva of posting a blog entry that suggested Cordell intended to marry Tyler Perry.

Stewart’s attorney, Antavious Weems, claims Latham went to great lengths to expose his client as a gay man. In court documents, Weems declared that, “at all times during his life, Mr. Stewart has been, and is, a heterosexual male.”

Stewart previously sued internet star Andrew Caldwell (aka Mr. DeliverT) and won a $3 million judgment when Caldwell failed to show up in court.

Meanwhile, Funky Dineva was previously sued by another ATL-based blogger, Michelle “ATLien” Brown, over accusations of unpaid rent, damaged property and a missing washer and dryer.

Brown, who runs the site Straight From The A, took to Periscope to blast Dineva over allegations he trashed a townhouse she was renting to him.

Michelle says she wasn’t trying to put Dineva on blast but “my emotions got the best of me and the video (which should have disappeared after 24 hours) was placed on YouTube and my emotional moment has now become fodder.”
