*About a month after R&B singer Keyshia Cole filed for divorce from her husband of six years, Daniel “Booby’ Gibson,” the former NBA player has reportedly filed for spousal support and full custody of their 7-year-old son, Daniel Jr., according to theJasmineBRAND.
No word on what triggered Booby’s sudden legal action, the blog reports.
The couple currently stars on “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,” where their positive co-parenting experience has been part of the storyline.
The two, who wed in 2001, filed for divorce in September. Keyshia did not seek spousal support, but requested joint legal and physical custody.
Keyshia’s new album “11:11 Reset” will be released this month.
