*The messy situation between actor Jesse Williams and his estranged wife, Aryn Drake-Lee is messier that we thought. We’ve learned a judge has ordered them not to have any verbal communication especially as far as their children are concerned.

The deal is if they need to discuss their kids, Sadie and Maceo, they have to do it through an app called “Our Family Wizard.” Under a temporary custody agreement, obtained by In Touch, “the parents shall use ‘Our Family Wizard’ for all communications regarding the children’s health, education and welfare.” The documents were filed in LA Superior Court on Sept. 1.

The only time Williams and Drake-Lee will be allowed to communicate outside of the app will be “in an emergency,” says the judge

The papers also state that the exes (who will share joint legal custody of the kids under the agreement) are not allowed to “make derogatory remarks about the other parent” in front of the kids.

As we reported earlier, Williams has been dating “Friday Night Lights” star Minka Kelly. Back in March they were both spotted together in Paris – where they6 were working – walking hand in hand, and even hugging and kissing.

“They’re very happy,” a source close to the actress explained. “They’ve got a lot in common and have major chemistry.”

Michael K. Williams

So what’s up with Michael K. Williams (pictured immediately above) who came to fame on HBO’s classic series, “The Wire?” A report by The Blast says a friend of the actor is accusing him of not holding up his end of a deal they made after he allegedly saved the actor from sleeping on a couch.

The accuser is Michael Kimbrew, who says he met Williams back in 2004 at the Sony Pictures Studio and they became friends. Kimbrew says despite Williams being featured on “The Wire,” he apparently ended up broke and homeless after the show ended in 2008.

According to Kimbrew, the actor would frequently stay on his couch. He became increasingly alarmed at Williams’ poor financial judgement and worried about his ability to deal with personal issues.

In September 2010, Kimbrew says he entered into a deal with Williams to become a partner in his production company. The agreement stated he would get a 20% share of revenue earned by Williams.

Kimbrew claims to have secured a ton of deals for the actor, including “Robocop,” “12 Years a Slave,” “The Purge 2” and “The Wire: The Musical.”

Kimbrew states that Williams earned over $2.5 million and should have broken hoim off $450,000 as part of their deal. However, he says Williams has only forked over a paltry $3K and of course he wants the $450,000 plus interest.

All we can say is good luck, Mr. Kimbrew!
