*Is hip-hop even ready for Remy Ma and Lil’ Kim, together?
Both emcees already stan for each other, perhaps drawn closer over their mutual distaste for Nicki Minaj. On Thursday, the pair revealed an upcoming joint project by flooding social media with pics from their recent studio session.
“Queens recognize Queens,” Kim wrote, followed by another tweet where she revealed that she and Remy are indeed working on a joint project. “We just made history.”
Remy followed suit and posted a photo of her and Kim, calling the original Queen Bee “Legendary.”
In another shared pic, Remy gushed over just being next to rap royalty in the studio.
After destroying Minaj on with “ShETHER” earlier this year, Remy reignited the beef at the 2017 MTV VMAs where she flipped the “No Frauds” rapper’s famous one-liner and asked, “Nicki, what’s good?”
Remy also fired shots at Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam festival earlier this year and invited a host of female rappers, from veterans to rising acts, to storm the stage during her set. Lil Kim joined fellow guests Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Young M.A and Cardi B on stage.
