Executive Producer Manny Halley discussed  “jumping all the way in” for the film and “showing people if you believe in something you can actually achieve it.”

“Because of my music career I’ve been blessed to getting a lot of calls from people to manage them so I was focusing on that and then I got really close to the rights being reverted back and I was like..darn it …this can’t happen.. this is a great movie let me jump all the way in and I jumped all the way in and I (inaudible) the prints for photography and I just shot the movie,” Halley said.

The film follows a Philadelphia kingpin Quadir (Columbus Short) pursuing a relationship with Gena Hollins (Erica Peeples) whose dream is to become a writer and finish school however; Gena’s involvement with Quadir leads to some unexpected turn of events.
