*Rap duo Rae Sremmurd has been sued by a Michigan man who claimed he suffered serious injury, disfiguration and distress when the emcees threw water bottles into the crowd during a concert.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the incident went down at one of their Oct. 2016 concerts. The pair is accused of recklessly tossing full water bottles into the audience, one of which struck the man in the face.
The man alleges the throw was so hard, that a “chunk of his face” was torn off. [See his alleged injury below.]
The man was reportedly rushed to the hospital and reportedly told that he would have permanent scarring and disfiguration.
He is reportedly suing for negligence, assault, and battery. He also requests that Rae Sremmurd pay for his medical bills and other damage fees.
