*Trey Songz reached a plea deal of 18 months probation on Friday stemming from a December concert in Detroit where he destroyed the stage and threw objects into the crowd.

The 32-year-old singer is also required to attend anger management classes and undergo drug tests, according to TMZ.

Songz, born Tremaine Neverson, had been charged with aggravated assault and assaulting a police officer. Both charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

Before his meltdown, Songz told the Joe Louis Arena crowd that things would get ugly if they cut off his mic — and they did. Songz ended up punching a police sergeant during his tantrum.

He apologized to the city on Friday (Aug 18), saying “I love Detroit” and declaring he had no intentions of causing a disturbance.
