Prince Update: He Kept Bags of Pills; Used Bodyguard’s Name for Prescriptions

Prince
*Dang, we hate to say it, but Prince Rogers Nelson – who died April 21, 2016 from an overdose of the painkiller Fentanyl – was a bigger pill head than we thought.

We now know this because search warrants for his home, released by Minnesota authorities, show the Artist’s drug problem was huge.

Law enforcement documents say officers even found Ziploc bags with pills as well as envelopes containing pills.

The docs bear out what was previously reported … Prince’s bodyguard was the person who went to a Walgreens pharmacy the day preceding the singer’s death to fill prescriptions, including Percocet.

Prince also used an alias, Peter Bravestrong … a name that was found on or connected to a suitcase that contained pill bottles along with the lyrics for the song, “U Got the Look.”

Here’s an interesting and key piece of info. Dr. Michael Schulenberg – the primary doctor who treated Prince – admitted to a detective he had prescribed Prince Oxycodone the same day Prince OD’d on a jet just 6 days before he died. The doctor put the Rx in Prince’s bodyguard’s name.

Prince would regularly get B12 injections before his concerts to feel better and they were set up through his managers.

Check this out. In a side note, it was also discovered that, because he was once hacked and didn’t trust them, Prince didn’t use a cellphone. He communicated through emails and landlines.
