Facebook Live Murderer Steve Stephens Still on the Run; Search Expanded to 5 States (VIDEO)

*If you’re wondering what’s up with Steve Stephens, the Cleveland, Ohio a-hole who shot and killed a 74-year-old man in cold blood while broadcasting it on Facebook Live, still hasn’t been apprehended. 🙁

Sadly and frighteningly, authorities have no idea where he is, but the search has expanded to 5 states.

“Quite frankly, at this point he could be in a lot of places,” FBI special agent in charge Stephen Anthony said Monday during the search for Steve Stephens.

Obviously Stephens is armed and dangerous, so the public must remain vigilant.

Now these 5 states … Ohio, New York, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania … are part of the search.

Stephens filmed himself shooting Robert Godwin Sr., an apparent stranger who crossed his path.

He then went back on FB Live and blamed the bloodshed on a lover. He also claimed to have killed 13 people, something authorities did not verify.

Police had been in touch with Stephens soon after the murder, but since then have had no communication and no clear idea of his whereabouts.

“We don’t know where he’s at,” Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said, noting that the last place police located him was the scene of the crime.

In the video, which authorities confirmed was legitimate, Stephens could be heard driving down the road and saying, “Found me somebody I’m going to kill, this guy right here, this old dude.” Stephens then exited the car and approached Godwin.

He asked Godwin how old he was before pulling out a gun and pointing it at Godwin’s head. Godwin could be seen attempting to shield himself before Stephens fired the gun, killing Godwin. He then walked back to his car and drove off.

Stephens and Godwin did not appear to know each other, according to authorities.

“From what we can tell now, it’s just a random person that he picked out. We don’t know why,” Williams, the police chief, said.

Before the shooting, Stephens had no criminal record and only traffic violations, Williams said.
