*Lenny Kravitz will perform a “a very special tribute performance” to Prince during the 32nd Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, to be held April 7 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and broadcast on HBO April 29 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
The 2017 inductees are Joan Baez, ELO, Journey, Nile Rodgers, Pearl Jam, Tupac Shakur, and Yes.
It was announced Wednesday (March 29) that Pharrell Williams has been tapped to induct Rodgers. Also, Alicia Keys, Mary Chapin Carpenter and the Indigo Girls join Kravitz as additions to the performance lineup.
Previously announced special guests include Neil Young inducting Pearl Jam, Jackson Browne inducting Joan Baez, and Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush inducting Yes. Dhani Harrison will induct ELO, and Pat Monahan will inducting Journey.
As previously reported, Snoop Dogg will induct Tupac into the Rock Hall.
A special exhibit dedicated to this year’s inductees will open at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland on March 31.
