*Azealia Banks appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court Tuesday (Nov. 29) to face misdemeanor assault charges stemming from an incident last December.
The 25-year-old rapper allegedly spit on and bit a female bouncer on the breast on December 16, 2015 after being kicked out of NYC club Up&Down because staff didn’t recognize her. She was also charged with attempted assault and disorderly conduct.
Banks missed her previous court dates because of health problems and a missed flight in September. The judge told her that she could be thrown in jail if she missed Tuesday’s date.
Watch Banks’ arrival and departure from court below. According to Page Six, she cursed out one of the photographers as she was waiting for her car following the hearing. That moment was not captured in the footage below, but Page Six reported that she said to the pap: “You’re a s**thead. You’re a f**king a**hole!” as she climbed into her SUV.
