“Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s” reality star, Robbie Montgomery, affectionately referred to as Ms. Robbie, hit her only son, Tim Norman, with a lawsuit for trademark infringement after he opened his own eatery called TJ’s Sweetie Pie’s NOHO.

In the lawsuit filed back in August, Ms. Robbie claims “the fact Defendant Norman is identified as a member of Miss Robbie’s family on the Sweetie Pie’s Show, along with his position on the Show, further increases the potential of causing confusion in the market place,” reports The Grio. The suit went on to claim that TJ is damaging her brand because of bad eatery reviews in addition to stealing money from the Montgomery, AL restaurant location.

Tim, who helps his mom run the restaurants, is trying to open as many locations as he can. But Miss Robbie, who created the popular eatery, is trying to block his efforts, believing he is trying to do too much too soon.

“We haven’t really moved past it; it’s still happening,” Miss Robbie told HipHollywood during the “Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s” press day, “I can’t stop him from being my son, but I can beat him up about that other stuff.” Tim playfully chimed in saying, “We’re still fussing with each other.”

Of course mother and son are hopeful that they will come to a mutual understanding. “We just got to get on the same page about that other stuff, that’s all that is. I’m hoping we work that out,” Miss Robbie stated.

Following the Golden State Warriors big 127 – 121 win over the Raptors Wednesday on ‘Drake Night,’ a sideline reporter stopped Kevin Durant for a quick post-game interview. First, the pair discussed the team’s extended road trip and getting off to a good start, but things went south when Durant was asked about singer and actress Drake.

The Raptors hosted the Warriors at the Air Canada Centre and it just so happened the theme for the evening was “Drake Night.”

Drake, who is a partial owner of the franchise, sat court side at the game. When the reporter asked Durant about some of the friendly sideline trash-talking between he and the Canadian artist, the athlete snapped:

“I don’t give a damn about no Drake night,” he angrily proclaimed before storming off.

During the interview, Drake bumped into Durant, and the athlete cut him with his shank eyes.
