At first I thought it was some sort of sick joke…until the cop, just as alarmed as I am, stepped in and grabbed the child.
I don’t even know where to begin with the questions. Where in the HELL are the parents? WHO in the world dropped the ball on this one?
And someone put it to zany music, and sped it up, so its even freakier.
