*Associates of rapper The Game were reportedly targeted in a shooting that took place this morning outside of a hotel in Miami Beach.

Police tell TMZ that around 7:30 a.m, a Mustang convertible drove past the valet outside the Fontainebleau Hotel and fired multiple shots into a white Mercedes-Benz G Wagon, which cops are saying is associated with Game. The SUV was empty.

His manager, Wack 100, tells TMZ that the suspects targeted the wrong vehicle.

The black Chevy SUV that actually belongs to their crew was parked next to the stuck G Wagon, and was not hit in the shooting, according to Wack 100. Game also had a white Range Rover parked about 15 feet away from where the shots were fired.

Cops say no other vehicles were hit and there were no injuries, TMZ reported.

The Game was hosting and performing Thursday night at STORY Nightclub, located down the street from the hotel.

During the gig, Game took some verbal shots at Meek Mill, calling him a snitch. It’s unclear if that’s in any way related to the shooting.
