*Oprah Winfrey has applied to trademark an expansive line of sure to be savory products that would come under the umbrella of her new culinary empire—appropriately named Oprah’s Kitchen, according to the New York Daily News.

According to the jasminebrand.com, the applications cover a plethora of dairy, meat, fish products, as well as processed and preserved foods, spices, juices, water, lemonade, baked goods, fresh fruit and vegetables. Specialty items such as cut flowers, beer and energy drinks will also be featured. Winfrey is also considering a line of Oprah bacon, baked beans, sorbet and caviar. The trademark is reportedly a move to allow her to create a number of O-approved products.

Oprah is a media proprietor best known for her talk show “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” The “Queen of All Media” is America’s only black multi-billionaire, and her move into the food space isn’t a complete surprise. There have long been rumors of a Oprah Organic line that would include “salad dressings, sauces, soups, dips, frozen vegetables, and beverages.” Last October, O invested $43 million in diet brand Weight Watchers—and subsequently lost $27 million on her 10% purchase, according to CNN Money.

“Oprah developed an incredible amount of good will through her show (and) my expectation is that she will use that good will to expand her brand,” said Catherine Farrelly, a partner at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein and Selz, a trademark law behemoth.

It’s not clear when the line of products from Oprah’s Kitchen will be available.

In related news, E! News reports that John Oliver staged the largest one-time giveaway in television history during Sunday’s show of Last Week Tonight, forgiving nearly $15 million in medical debt. The move surpassed Oprah’s previous record in which she gave 276 members of her audience a free car, a total value of just under $8 million.
