EUR’s ‘Rosewood’ S2 Exclusive: Character Catch-Up with Morris Chestnut [WATCH]

*Season 2 of “Rosewood” returns in a few weeks, and it was previously reported that Morris Chestnut would be joined by a “90210” alum as a series regular.

Brian Austin Green was set to join the cast as East Miami Police’s newest member, Aaron Slade. However, the series has tapped “Third Watch/CSI: Miami” star Eddie Cibrian to take over the role after Green abruptly vacated. He left the drama in the middle of shooting his first episode — the Season 2 premiere.

According to TV Line, Slade has a mysterious past, and his presence will make the messy partnership between Det. Annalise Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz) and Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. (Morris Chestnut) even more complicated. Slade has trust issues and hates the idea of partnerships and teams – which will keep Rosewood and Villa on their toes as they investigate and uncover the real Aaron Slade.

A teaser was released this summer for the upcoming season, but it mostly features highlights from S1.
