*Tamar Braxton’s exit from “The Real” is pretty much old news now, so focus is being put on who will replace her on the all-female driven talk show. After being suddenly fired at the end of last season, Tamar announced that she will be working on her own talk show with the help of Steve Harvey.
Meanwhile, according to lovebscott.com, sources revealed that Mel B, Ashanti, Eve and Monica are all on the producers’ shortlist to take Tamar’s place.
“The Real” emailed Love B. Scott in response to the episode of “Braxton Family Values” in which Tamar is consoled by her sisters after she finds out that she has been fired from the daytime talk show. During the scene, Braxton indirectly accuses her former co-hosts for her dismissal from the program. However, the show insists that these accusations couldn’t be farther from the truth.

“Tamar Braxton’s contract was not renewed for reasons that will remain privileged and private, and that are between her and the studio,” the statement reads. “However, we would like to make it crystal clear that Ms. Braxton’s departure from the show had nothing to do with her former co-hosts; any suggestions to the contrary unfairly tarnishes them.”
