*Quarterback Michael Vick says he wants to spend one more year in the NFL before retiring, and he’s hoping that the Dallas Cowboys will allow him his swan song.

“I’m waiting for a opportunity,” Vick told ESPN, adding he wouldn’t mind working as a backup for Tony Romo. “This is the last year for me. I just want to dedicate myself to the game one more year.”

Regular backup Kellen Moore broke his ankle in practice Wednesday, which means a spot is open with America’s Team and then need someone quickly, with rookie QB Dak Prescott currently listed as No. 2 on the depth chart.

Originally it was reported that the Cowboys were considering Nick Foles, but he opted to go with Andy Reid and the Chiefs Wednesday night.
