*Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Metallica, Major Lazer and Selena Gomez have been announced as headliners for the 2016 Global Citizen Festival, a free concert set for Sept. 24 on the Great Lawn in New York’s Central Park.

The annual event aims to “harness actions from millions of Global Citizens around the world to hold world leaders accountable to the progress made toward achieving the Global Goals set out by the United Nations last year,” the festival said in a statement.

Coldplay’s Chris Martin, who signed on for a 15-year stint as the event’s curator, joins Usher, Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Ellie Goulding and Yusuf/Cat Stevens among artists scheduled to make “special guest performances” during the fifth annual concert, which will simulcast live on MSNBC and YouTube.

Co-hosts include Chelsea Handler, Neil Patrick Harris, Salma Hayek Pinault, Priyanka Chopra, Seth Meyers, Hugh Jackman and his actress-wife Deborra-lee.

Fans can earn free tickets by promoting the importance of education on the festival’s website. A limited number of VIP tickets will go on sale Thursday.

Last year’s festival featured Michelle Obama, Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai and Beyonce.
