*A Greenville South Carolina man is suing the Black Lives Matter Organization and three people individually claiming protesters have “attacked him with racist comments,” among other accusations.

Jack Logan, a community activist according to the local Fox affiliate, seeks $1 million from the organization, as well as “Alicia Garza, Patrisee Cullors and Opal Tometic,” the names of the women he points out as “founders” of the organization (with Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tometi misspelled).

His lawsuit also claims that BLM organizers have “prevented law enforcement from patrolling the area” where he lives “due to being attacked as prejudiced.”

“I’m asking a judge to seize the movement until they prove they are not hate a group,” said Logan. He also threw in the accusations: “having myself and others in fear of our safety, inciting the imminent services bodily injury [sic] and killing police, promoting gang violence.”

“I’m doing this to promote peace for all mankind. I just want them to understand that what they are doing is hate, they’re promoting hate,” said Logan.
