*The matter of police killings of black men is obviously of utmost importance to President Obama. So much so that the FIRST thing he did after landing in Warsaw, Poland for a NATO Summit meeting was to address the American public on the issue.
The president called for greater urgency on police reform as he added his voice to the national outrage over fatal police shootings of two African Americans this week. He said earlier in a Facebook post that “all Americans should be deeply troubled” by the incidents and that they are indicative of a “serious problem” within the nation’s justice system.
The bottom line is that he spoke forcefully … with statistics to back him up and he DID NOT HOLD BACK.
